If you are not completely thrilled with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping. Refunds will be made in the same manner and account as purchased. Example if you paid using Visa you will be refunded on the same Visa account made to make the original purchase. Some items are not returnable unless defective such as harmonicas, instrument care products such as swabs and cloths, opened or unsealed boxes of reeds. Music software, music books, DVD’s, Video’s, closeout and clearance items. Defective items maybe returned for exchange.

30 Day No Hassle Returns

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days from the time of shipment. Any returns received outside of 30 days will be refused. If you need to return an item you need to call (1-877-836-8742) or email (sales@rrmusic.com) .for a return authorization number and return instructions. Make sure you clearly mark on the outside of the return-shipping container your return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number maybe refused.

Refund Conditions

Items must be returned within the 30-day return policy period.Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging with all manuals, accessories and documentation.Merchandise returned not in original condition or missing original packaging and/or manuals etc will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. This will be at the sole discretion of R&R Music Centre. Original shipping and return shipping is non refundable unless the item is defective.
